 Imagine your child's delight in celebrating their birthday as the special character in their very own fairytale birthday adventure! - The Hip Hooray Party Room will cater for a 1 & a 1/2 hour private party for your child which includes;

 Your choice of character host/hostess
 Party invitations
 Your choice of 3 party games or activities to be selected from your party planner
Prizes won during the games
 Colour party ware of your choice, (plates, cups, etc)
 Set party food menu, including the cake
 Mixed cordial, water and Party mix lollies at the party table
 A take home group photo for the birthday child
Supervised present opening

 Upgrades and optional extras are available, information about these will be provided at the time of booking.

 Party parents must organize 2 supervisors to be in attendance throughout the party, supervisors must be over 18 years of age.

 Hip Hooray specializes in providing fun entertaining children’s parties, during which, we cater for children only, however if you would like parents to attend please notify staff in advance and ask for a Parent platter order form.

 No outside food or drink is permitted on the premises unless arranged & approved by Hip Hooray prior to the party.

 Party prices start from $199 per party for up to 10 children. Additional children can attend at an extra cost per head.

  A non refundable party deposit of $55 is payable at the time of booking with the balance to be paid on the day of the party by cash, eftpos or credit card. At the time of booking, the number of invitations required should also be given.

 Upon booking you will receive your party planner. This along with confirmed party numbers and the names of each child attending must be returned to Hip Hooray 7 days before the party. If you have decided to hold a party for children only, please notify the parents of this and ensure they are aware that they will need to sign their children in at the party room and leave their contact details.

 Unfortunately any party guest previously confirmed in the numbers, who does not attend the party, will still be included in the price as they will have been catered for.
